Background

From very early on into my acupuncture career I developed a passion for bringing together Chinese medicine and philosophy and Western Psychology for the promotion of personal and professional development.

In the early eighties, together with Sigrid Klain, I ran the first ever Chinese Five Element Seminars in Berlin and Frankfurt. Since then I have taught at under-and post graduate levels at various acupuncture training centres and international conferences in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Spain and Denmark.

In the new millennium I was involved in the professional development module at LCTA (London College of Traditional Acupuncture) where I pioneered the study of ‘The Five Elements and the Therapeutic Relationship’. I also have acted as mentor and clinical supervisor at the London Centre for Transpersonal Psychology. For current seminars and events, please see my events page.
